I cannot take dogs that are aggressive, noisy or out of control. I cannot take bitches in season or mature un-neutered males. Should an un-neutered bitch come unexpectedly into season while with me, she will need to be collected by your emergency contact or placed in kennels. Costs will be met by yourselves and no refund will be payable.
 

All dogs must have attended a “meet n greet” prior to their stay. I reserve the right to refuse a dog on arrival whose behaviour is unsuitable.
 

Your dog must be free of fleas, ticks and worms.
 

All dogs must have a valid vaccination record or titre test certificate which must include kennel cough. Please bring the original vaccination card with you when you bring your dog to me.
 

Service Price Details: Price per night is £30 per 24hr. 2 dogs from the same household is £50 per night. A daycare booking fee of £20 is incurred if collection is 2 hrs after drop off time. Please ensure you take this into account when booking.
 

In an emergency, or if your dog becomes ill, I will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact. However, your dog’s health is paramount and I will take your dog to your own vet (if within reasonable distance) or to the nearest possible one for treatment. Any treatment given will be at the discretion of the vet, and payment will be your responsibility.
 

Please declare any medical or behavioural problem that your dog may have. I am unable to take dogs who are sick or have recently had surgery. This includes sickness /diarrhoea, discharge from the eyes or nose, skin infections or coughing. If your dog has recently had surgery, please ensure you have veterinary approval before bringing them to me.
 

The dogs have access to a secure garden and will be kept on leads for walks unless I have your written permission on the Boarding Form.
 

I will supply an ID tag with my details for your dog to wear while staying with me.
 

 Should any dog show aggressive tendencies to people or other dogs, or if it becomes uncontrollable, you or your emergency contact will be informed by phone in order to collect your dog.
 

 You agree to be responsible for any additional charges, including but not limited to, payment for damage caused, vet fees (unless I am negligent in the care of your dog) and emergency kennelling should it become necessary. These charges must be paid on collection / delivery of your dog.
 

 If for any reason your return is delayed, please let me know as soon as possible. I will continue your dog’s care until you return.
 

 Dogs may be collected before the end of their booked stay, but there will be no refund of booked days.
 

 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable within 2 weeks of stay. Balance must be paid on collection of your dog, if not before, and can be made via bank transfer, cash or card machine.
 

 For Walking and Pop-in service, 48hrs notice of cancellation is required.
 

I reserve the right to publish any photos and videos of pets on my social media pages.
